Landscaping and terrace construction around a swimming pool in Apt
On the hills above Apt, our team completely redesigned the area around this swimming pool to create a welcoming outdoor space for relaxation, thoughtfully laid out and naturally integrated into the surrounding landscape.
After preparing and levelling the ground, we sowed a hardy grass seed mix, chosen for its resilience and suitability for the site’s conditions. Landscape sleepers were installed to define the different areas and follow the natural slope of the land.
Extending from the swimming pool, we created a raised terrace using wood-effect composite decking boards installed on adjustable supports. Durable and easy to maintain, it provides a comfortable space to enjoy the pool and the open views over Apt and the surrounding hills.
Finally, the planting of yuccas adds rhythm and a striking architectural touch of greenery, perfectly suited to the site’s dry, sunny conditions.
The result : the area around the swimming pool has been completely transformed into an inviting, functional outdoor living space that brings together planting, decking and the surrounding landscape.
