You can use our services as needed or choose a subscription package (Essential, Comfort or Complete). Each package is tailored following the initial visit, with no commitment required until you’re happy with what’s included.
Do you only work with properties already under your year-round care?
No. We provide both ongoing care and occasional support, depending on how often you stay in the Luberon.
How quickly can you respond in an emergency?
We aim to respond promptly as soon as we receive an alert. The exact response time depends on the nature of the issue and your location. We discuss this in detail when setting up your contract.
